They speak of a meeting supposedly held that morning and in which Arce, several of his ministers, and the Bolivian Ambassador to the OAS, H\u00e9ctor Arce Zaconeta, participated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the audio, it is also said that the Minister of Defense, Edmundo Novillo, was the one who would have transmitted to the other participants of the meeting Morales\u2019s decision that they cannot wait four more years to change the president and, therefore, it is necessary to move forward the elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This criterion coincides with the impulse that has been given in recent days to the theory of the coup d\u2019\u00c9tat through different legal instruments with the aim of annulling the case called \u201cElectoral fraud\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bunker Cabildo Digital is disseminated through social networks and, as asserted last night by its presenters, Virginio Lema and Agust\u00edn Zambrana, certified the veracity of the voices and their source, who asked to remain anonymous. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sources from the Ministry of Government assured CORREO DEL SUR yesterday that on Monday there was no meeting like the one mentioned in the audio and that the political cabinet, which is convened weekly for that day, was suspended due to the news that marked the agenda, such as an alleged assassination attempt against President Arce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WHAT DO THEY SAY IN THE AUDIO BROADCAST BY BUNKER [CABILDO DIGITAL]?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the second part of the recording, as explained by the hosts of Bunker Cabildo Digital, who announced for today, Wednesday, the presentation of the first [part].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interlocutors greet each other.
